I like the North Country because..
It is still easy to get lost on the back roads
All those church suppers
Old folks can live at home
There are farms and woods that work
Snowmobiling is fun - can get out pretty far from civilization
You can do almost anything and no one will bother you
Family & friends are around
Not a lot of traffic lights (at least outside of town)
I can be in or near the woods
It is quiet
A wholesome place to raise kids
